This facility is seeking an Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 8:30a-4:30p Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends. Will consider 4-day work week.
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, College Students and Some Faculty, Adults Only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days
- Must have an active Kentucky state license
- Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
