- Inpatient Setting
- Procedures Required: Heart Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), Coronary Angioplasty, Balloon Angioplasties, Carotid Artery Stenting, Coronary Angiograms, Embolic Protection, and Atherectomy
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
