- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 5:00pm - 9:00am
- Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: General Pulmonary Disease cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Active California license required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
