Job Summary
The Consultant II, Technical Client Implementation provides technical implementation project management, direction, consultation, and support inclusive of AMN Managed Programs and Customer directed programs. Leads implementation team members providing mentorship and consulting for all Flat File Ingests, Integrations, and escalating appropriately to leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the configuration of all Timeslip, User and Staff Flat File Ingests for Managed Service Programs and direct programs (on V3) – new accounts and updates.
- Works to improve, streamline, and document technical Implementation processes.
- Support overflow Implementation projects and assist other team members with reporting capabilities from the BI Power tool, or database SQL reports.
- Acts as a workflow consultant internally, guiding Implementation Managers and specialists for all Flat File ingests.
- Manages and implements technical projects to program timelines and escalates roadblocks to the Software developer assigned.
- Owns the Application Programming Interface roadmap and consults with customers on technical solutions.
- Creates/analyzes reports, presentations, workflow diagrams, and any other documents required for transferring knowledge of contract requirements and service delivery components in conjunction with leadership.
- Audits Vender Management Systems activity and builds to ensure account set up, billing, service level agreements, and Supplier invoices and billing comply with Customer policies and all contractual obligations are accurate using automated SQL scripts.
- Integration Management, including sample file collection, configuration, proposal writing, mapping, testing, quality assurance, and results file management.
- Provides, implements, and enforces company policies and procedures as directed by executive management.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project management, or equivalent
- SaaS Implementations experience
- SQL, web services, visual studios, Microsoft Power BI tool experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$75,000 - $89,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
