Description:
The Associate Marketing Specialist will support Specialty marketing organization through a variety of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, developing and managing social media content, brand tactics & resources developed to promote and educate healthcare stakeholders. Additionally, this position will assist in the development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, unbranded & branded tactics and resources planned to promote and/or educate HCPs and patients on our brands.
Essential Functions:
- Email Campaigns & Social Media: Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and program participation; Create and schedule compelling social media posts across platforms to enhance brand presence and awareness; Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align messaging with overall marketing strategies.
- Brand Promotional and Educational Projects: Assist in the development and execution of print & digital collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines; Support media planning and execution, including digital advertising and promotional campaigns; Create and edit assets using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to meet brand standards and project needs; Upload resources into Veeva Vault for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review and ensure timely approvals.
- Field Sales Collaboration: Assist with communications and presentations of new resources and serve as a point of contact for the field sales team to ensure they have access to the latest assets and materials; Manage promotional inventory, coordinating updates and distribution to sales representatives; Track and report the usage and effectiveness of promotional tools.
- Events & Meetings Support: Participate and assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, medical conferences, speaker programs, sales meetings, and other events; Coordinate logistics with agencies and vendors such as booth design, marketing materials, cross-functional planning coordination and pre- and post-event communications and follow-ups.
- Promotional Branded & Unbranded Resources Development and Approvals: Manage Veeva submissions, tracking, and review process for multiple marketing materials; Maintain an organized system for tracking the status of all submissions and approvals; Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company standards throughout the review process.
- Data & Performance Analysis; Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to recommend improvements; Maintain organized records of assets, campaign performance, and promotional resources inventory.
- Financial Responsibilities: Assist marketing director and brand managers on budget and finance reconciliation, and periodic updates & reviews; Assist marketing brand managers on purchase orders requests and reviewing vendors statement of work / invoices and maintaining financial accruals in place to ensure brand(s) stay within budget.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics and/or Sciences (equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree) - Required
Experience:
- 1 year or more in Experience in an internship program during college in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other healthcare advertising agency and project management related field.

Specialized Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and understanding of Veeva System is desired
