The Biosimilar Contract Performance and Analytics Manager is principally responsible for contract performance tracking, analytics and reporting for the Amneal Biosciences Division and Products. This will include and is not limited to:• Analyzing account-level contract performance to ensure compliance and effectiveness of appropriate volume or pricing tierso Accounts may include GPOs, IDNs, Institutions, Clinics, Hospital Health Systems, and new/evolved sites of care• Contract exceptions will require review and collaboration with internal Revenue Management and Finance teams • Monthly analysis and reporting, as well as end of quarter reporting for internal management/leadership and field-facing teamsMonitors account-level contract performance proactively through each contract term to ensure compliance with the goal of driving incremental sales by way of timely, detailed communication to the field.Maintains the analytical platform to be used for contract performance tracking/reporting.Effectively builds and maintains collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to drive alignment and pull through on contract performance, tactics, operational pull through, contract reporting and how they impact their business/division and respective customers.This candidate must have deep experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical account-level performance tracking and reporting.This position will report to the Director, Biosimilar Channel Strategy and will work closely with managers and leaders across other functional areas to ensure strategic alignment with overall company and division objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Review, analyze and report account-level contract performance internally on a weekly basis, while calling out and resolving any contract exceptions.
- Ensure account-level contract compliance by creating and maintaining a performance tracking model and reporting tool in collaboration with Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Revenue teams.
- Create and distribute monthly executive-level reports to display positive contract performance, change in performance, and negative contract performance. If negative performance, this role is responsible for working with the GPO or Clinic to determine the reasoning and course of action.
- Assess quarterly performance at the account-level, present internally, and collaborate with Director Biosimilar Channel Strategy or Biosimilar GPO and Clinical Contracting Senior Manager to present externally to each of the accounts.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Relevant Field (e.g business or economics) - Required
Experience:
- 6 years or more in business analysis experience in the pharmaceutical industry
