Description:
The Senior Specialty Sales Representative will consistently implement tactics as defined by the Marketing and Sales plans with a high level of proficiency. They will consistently deliver effective and balanced sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a defined frequency which will lead them to exceed sales goals. In the assigned territory, the Senior Specialty Sales Representative will effectively utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which will result in exceeding sales goals. This individual will consistently plan and organize activities to ensure efficient coverage of the territory according to their strategic and adaptive business planning. Consistent sales growth is expected. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. The sphere of influence should expand beyond their territory, impacting the greater region on an ongoing basis. Active participation in training, conference calls and meetings is required.
Essential Functions:
- Exceeds all product sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment (territory). Distributes samples and records sample transactions without variances in according to Company policy and PDMA guidelines. Consistently delivers comprehensive and effective sales presentations utilizing the appropriate approved marketing and selling materials with confidence and command of the material.
- Demonstrates their enhanced knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications. Engages in effective sales presentations executed at a high level of clinical engagement with their customers. Consistently executes their sales presentations based on their ongoing assessment of RxAdvantage selling principles, DiSC profiling and Customer Connection analysis with each customer. Consistently builds upon the call continuum by effectively completing pre- and post-call analysis which positively impacts their customer interactions.
- Uses available sales data and developmental budget funds for analysis and routing, sharing how they approach business planning with their peers. Demonstrates an ability to open access with previous "no-see" providers. Adheres to all compliance policies and guidelines. Completes administrative reports and meets related deadlines. Ensures proper safeguarding and care for company assets (laptop, iPAD, fleet vehicle, etc.). Enters calls immediately into Veeva system via iPad and checks/responds to emails daily.

Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Life Sciences major - Required
Experience:
- 5 years or more in Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience

- Proven track record of documented success. Adherence to Amneal's promotional considerations. - Advanced
- Must have a valid US driver's license -
