Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in upholding AMO Denim’s visual identity by crafting compelling, brand-aligned designs across both digital and print platforms. Working closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and design teams, this role will bring AMO’s visual storytelling to life through email campaigns, paid media, website assets, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Design & Development:

• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Assist in executing creative ideas for marketing campaigns, lookbooks, and branded materials.

• Collaborate with the design team to develop graphics for apparel.

2. Digital Content Creation:

• Design engaging content for social media and paid social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, etc.) that aligns with AMO Denim's aesthetic.

• Develop email marketing assets (graphics, banners, templates) for campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.

• Design website assets, including homepage sliders, product visuals, and landing pages, optimized for Shopify.

3. Print & Packaging Design:

• Design and produce print materials. Lookbooks, line sheets, hangtags, postcards, and other collateral.

• Support the creation of branded product packaging.

4. Photography & Retouching:

• Retouch and optimize images for web and print use.

• Assist with photoshoots including layout design, image selection, and editing to ensure brand alignment.

5. Collaboration & Project Management:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce, to execute on design needs and meet deadlines.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient file organization and delivery of polished final assets.

• File Management: Organize design files and assets for easy access and team collaboration. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Figma, and Klaviyo is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for clean, creative design.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, on-brand design work across digital and print mediums (required).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).

• Photography skills, including retouching visuals.
