Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated toddler teacher to join our educational team. The toddler teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging students in learning activities, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Assess children's progress and development through observation and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in early childhood settings or caregiving roles such as daycare, nannying, or babysitting is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus for supporting children with diverse needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
