- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store.
- Supervise junior staff members when needed, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting inventory checks as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers is essential.
