Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for greeting customers, preparing and packaging food and drink products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.
