Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain and update files and records
- Transcribe documents and correspondence
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: This position may require occasional evening or weekend availability for special events or projects.
