Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Produce and edit engaging photos, videos, and graphics for social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, etc.) using Canva.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Create compelling TikTok content that aligns with current trends and resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and viral content, incorporating these insights into our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize graphic design skills to produce eye-catching visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct proofreading of all social media content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across various platforms
- Coordinate the ordering and fulfillment of branded merchandise.
- Communicate with merchandise vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality production.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and sales.
- Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and Linktree is essential.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent proofreading abilities with a keen attention to grammar and style.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with video editing tools is desirable for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Website design experience is a plus, including knowledge of WordPress.
