About the Role:

As a Center Director in our Educational Services industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center in Amore-Sorrento, SORRE. Your main objective will be to ensure that our center provides high-quality educational services to our students, while also maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both students and staff. You will be expected to lead a team of educators and administrative staff, and work closely with parents and community members to ensure that our center meets the needs of our students and the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have an active Florida Director's Credential
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and community members.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Experience managing a budget and allocating resources.
  • Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, scheduling classes, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students and align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with parents and community members to ensure that our center is meeting the needs of our students and the community.
  • Manage the center's budget and resources, including ensuring that all equipment and materials are up-to-date and in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the center's operations, including student enrollment, staff performance, and financial data.

Skills:

As a Center Director, you will use your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing staff, developing educational programs, and collaborating with parents and community members. You will also need to have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in education, and be able to use this knowledge to ensure that our center provides high-quality educational services to our students.
