Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves working in diverse environments, including construction sites and agricultural settings, where you will be responsible for operating equipment such as front loaders, water trucks, concrete mixers, and bulldozers.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, farm machinery, water trucks, concrete mixers, and bulldozers.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Execute digging operations and loader operations as required by project specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around the equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Caterpillar machinery.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred.
• Experience in operating farm machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.35 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
