Job Description
As a registered nurse in our patient care unit, you will devote more time to quality end-of-life bedside care, leveraging technology to improve the quality of care provided to our patients and their families. Your role will involve providing education to patients and families, maximizing hospice medical skills, collaborating on plan of care, and working as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team. You will approach patients and families holistically, considering their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a current, unrestricted nursing license, a completed degree as an RN (ADN, BSN, MSN), and a willingness to take on new challenges and desire for professional growth. While hospice and palliative medicine experience is preferred, it is not required. You must also hold up-to-date CPR certification.
