1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM (flexible)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Training capability to operate press machinery efficiently and safely unique to our industry
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Perform quality control checks using calipers and micrometers.
- Adhere to manufacturing standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- This is a manual labor job - Will be required to use physical strength to perform routine duties
- EXCELLENT attendance
- SAP / MES knowledge is a plus
- Pay is based upon experience & performance - Growth opportunities available after 90 days of working
