What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Amorino?
Oversee, manage and direct the styling, branding and marketing efforts for the Company, including its 4 locations in Plano, Fort Worth, Dallas and Tampa.
Prepare content and strategies for online and offline marketing channels, from ideation to execution, to increase traffic to our stores as well as increase sales and revenues.
Track and analyze the performance of branding and advertising campaigns.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget and ensure appropriate allocation of funds.
Ensure that all marketing materials are in line with the Company’s brand identity.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis to determine if these channels are right for our brand.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, influencers and vendors.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Drive expansion efforts by researching locations for new stores and provide input and direction in the design, construction and launch new stores.
Ensure the design of new stores match the Company’s brand identity.
