Job Description:
The Assistant Property Manager will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties. The majority of the properties we manage are in Pierce County, and some in South King County. Applicant must reside in with 25 miles of this area to visit properties as needed.
This position offers significant growth potential within our company. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks related to property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and effectively utilize our current property management software.
- Conduct property showings to prospective tenants.
- Post notices for tenants, including but not limited to rent reminders, maintenance updates, and policy changes.
- Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet company standards and address any issues that arise.
- Perform Move-Ins and Move-Outs
- Assist with tenant communication and coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations and tenant interactions.
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software or a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
