Amoroso Woodridge in Harrisburg is looking for a Part-Time receptionist to join our team. We care for our staff while we care for our residents and patients.
In this role you will :
- The receptionist is responsible for responding to the incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors in a manner, which conveys a friendly, caring, interested, helpful, and home-like atmosphere
- Will also assist with administrative clerical support tasks
- Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver messages
- Greet visitors and guest and provide direction and / or connection to the right person
- Ensure there is an amply supply of forms used and make copies as needed
- Provide clerical support to include : typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping to the Administrator and other Directors, and Nursing Staff
- Receive and distribute mail and insure outgoing mail is mailed daily
- Develop system of organization of records and file maintenance; and ensure organized maintenance of system
- Attend in-service trainings, applicable staff development events, and staff meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator
