What are the responsibilities and job description for the Van Driver / Transportation Assistant position at Amoroso Woodridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation?
Amoroso Woodridge is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Van Driver for our skilled nursing facility in Harrisburg, PA. This is a FULL-TIME position, every other weekend. This position is responsible for the safe transportation of our residents to doctors' appointments, outings, or other destinations. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for serving older persons and persons with disabilities. The hours are normally 8 : 30- 4 : 30 but could be changed based on transportation needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass background checks.
- Ability to commute or relocate to the Harrisburg Area.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
