- Prepare and file individual and business tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Analyze clients' financial information to identify potential deductions and credits.
- Utilize financial software, including Sage, to manage client data and streamline the preparation process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize client benefits.
- Assist clients in understanding their tax obligations and provide guidance on financial planning strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in tax preparation or data entry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software applications; familiarity with QuickBooks, and tax software is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data accurately.
- Sales experience or background in financial sales can be beneficial for client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
