What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Assistant Manager position at Amoskeag Beverages LLC?

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday - A biweekly rotating schedule will be in place to ensure there is a Manager here at all times while the crew has completed all duties of building/loading.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Position Information: Responsible for overseeing the proper, careful and efficient loading of product on trucks for delivery
Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:
- Oversee that the product thru voice-pick is what is loaded on delivery vehicle and/or pallets
- Keep all of the loaders busy and productive during the shift
- Aid the Manager in processing the load information, truck usage, out-of-stocks, inventory levels, etc.
- Ensure the quality of the picking and loading process
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify that NO product that is damaged is loaded on the delivery vehicle and/or pallet
- Ability to go into EoStar and ability to run reports, create invoices and delivery changes to assign to the correct truck/driver
- Verify that all pallets that are built will have no singles cases buried in between other cases that cannot be seen by the receiver at the customer’s location
- Make sure all the pallets are wrapped tightly with plastic wrap
- Note any product not in stock, therefore not loaded on the truck and eliminate any mispicks or NOT’s (Not On Truck)
- At the end of the shift, make sure all product is leveled off; floors are swept; debris is placed in proper receptacles; pallets are stacked according to brewery; cooler is clean
- Safely operate equipment you are authorized and certified to use
- Act in a safe manner, stretching before work, lifting appropriately so as to avoid any injuries
- Inspect yours and the departments equipment, daily and inform the Manager of any maintenance issues or malfunctions
- Report any accidents, near misses or property damage, immediately, to the Manager
- Handle other supervisory issues as directed by the Manager
- End of shift a final inspection should be completed to make sure equipment has been cleaned and put in proper location
Qualifications:
- Able to lead a crew of selectors, forklift operators, and loaders
- Forklift certified, able to use a pallet-jack and wrapping machines
- Able to lift 35 to 50 lbs., repeatedly, and up to 165lbs. occasionally
