Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for promoting revenue integrity and accurate reimbursement for the organization by ensuring timely Provider Credentialing/Enrollments with payers, maintaining updates for providers in CAQH and other software/portals, and coordinating with HR to secure the necessary information. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as exemplary customer service skills. The term “Customer” includes Providers, Patients, and other departments within Amoskeag Health. There are over 75 providers and 20 locations to maintain credentialing with multiple insurance companies. This is a challenging job that requires organizational skills and attention to detail.
