Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
We are seeking a Supply Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for establishing appropriate par levels in coordination with the relevant staff. The role includes working with vendors to create a tracking mechanism and a standing order system that will automatically replenish supplies in a timely manner based on historical usage trends. Additionally, the Supply Coordinator will ensure that sufficient replacement parts for medical equipment and instrumentation are maintained and will assist the Facilities Coordinator in coordinating the repair and annual calibration of medical equipment.
Requirements
Education : High School education or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred.
Experience : Experience of at least two years with responsibility for purchasing activities, medical preferred.
Skills / Knowledge : Computer skills; self-directed, high-level organizational skills, time management and follow-through.
