Amotec is conducting a search for a Sales Specialist! Our client, a division of a $2B global leader and with over 60 years in business, specializes in the design and manufacture of pumps for various industries. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing a designated territory, developing targeted new accounts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate must reside in Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa or the Dakotas.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product or service solutions.
- Oversee all sales activities within the assigned territory, including account management, sales forecasting, and meeting revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the territory to identify opportunities and risks. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pump sales or within the pump wholesale distribution channel is required.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
