These roles are with our client, a leader in the Physical Therapy Healthcare Products industry. We are looking for a Customer Service / General Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our growing company. What you’ll be doing : Customer Interaction : Engage with a wide range of people, including doctors, physical therapists, nurses, patients, and more, assisting them with orders for health-related, durable medical products. Phone & Email Communication : Handle frequent calls and craft thoughtful follow-up emails to ensure exceptional customer service. Data Entry & Administrative Tasks : Process orders, maintain records, and take on general office responsibilities. Hiring Support : Collaborate on our hiring process by interacting with candidates and contributing to building a strong, positive team. What we’re looking for : We need someone who : Has strong computer skills and is comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excels in written and verbal communication, especially listening empathetically and understanding others. Demonstrates kindness, patience, and professionalism with every interaction. Thrives on teamwork and is willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Ideally has 2 years of office experience with a focus on data entry, problem-solving, and customer interaction. The Details : Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 8 : 30AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch), and Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. Compensation : $17–$18 / hour, depending on experience.
