Position Overview: Are you a passionate leader with a knack for hospitality and a drive for excellence? We’re searching for a talented Restaurant Manager who will be the heart of our operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Mastery: Lead daily restaurant operations with precision, from scheduling and inventory management to maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Financial Acumen: Develop and manage the annual budget, set ambitious sales goals, and drive profitability while keeping a close eye on costs.
- Bar Excellence: Oversee our vibrant bar, introducing creative specialty cocktails that captivate our guests.
- Event Expertise: Coordinate and execute private events with flair, ensuring a flawless experience for every client.
- Catering Leadership: Build and lead our catering team to deliver extraordinary service both on-site and for delivery, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

- Wine Knowledge: Expertise in wine regions, appellations, and vintages to enhance our beverage offerings.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive amidst industry changes and challenges, including those related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in OpenTable, Toast, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for inspiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.
