Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement projects to optimize facility performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure equipment and ensure quality control.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement SOPs and training materials for operations staff.
- Perform Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) and implement solutions with plant management support.
- Train new operators on root cause analysis and optimal plant operation.
- Assist Regulatory team in fugitive emission and carbon intensity (CI) score tracking and monitoring.
