Sales and Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Determining the most knowledgeable and effective ways to answer customer’s questions and complete the sales process through face-to-face communication
• Providing information on the products or services our client has to offer to a wide range of consumers within the market
• Work directly with potential customers upselling them using our sales training tactics
• Actively listen to the customer's needs and present possible solutions
• Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the sales and customer service team
• Represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times

• A background in customer service, business, retail, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred
• An interest in the telecommunications industry and a desire to stay updated on client processes
• Equipped with professional and friendly communication skills
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to efficiently drive client development goals
• Reliability in time management and organization

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
