EXPERIENCED SOLAR SALES SETTER MANAGER NEEDED

Pay: $125,000-300,000 per year
Job Description and Requirements
- Help residential homeowners save money on utility costs through renewable energy
- Frequently travel throughout the area with the sales team and canvas different neighborhoods through door-to-door selling
- Build rapport with homeowners and support them through the fulfillment process
- We have an immediate need to fill this position.
- As the setter manager, you will be responsible for training and managing sales representatives that are canvassing residential areas to set appointments for solar consultations
- Experience in Solar Sales is highly preferred or Managing door-to-door sales Reps.
- Must be able to motivate, manage and train new and experienced sales reps in the classroom and in the field.
- This is a commission and bonus-based position with weekly and monthly pay. There is no base or hourly pay, but uncapped earnings and commissions on your personal sales and your team’s sales.
- Commissions can range from $3,000-$10,000 per personal sale and $250-$500 on team sales. Setter Managers earn between $125,000-$300,000 annually.
