POSITION SUMMARY
The MedSpa Manager will take the reins of daily operations while ensuring exceptional patient care and clinic performance at (INSERT LOCATION). As a leader within the practice, they will guide and mentor the team, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with practice protocols. The MedSpa manager will be responsible for inventory, schedule optimization, and driving growth through marketing initiatives.
This role is critical in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment where staff members are empowered to excel, and patients receive unparalleled service. The ideal candidate possesses a solution-oriented attitude, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for the overall success of the practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Orchestrating operational excellence:
Command the daily symphony of operations at the practice, ensuring smooth functioning.
Supervise staff members and delegate tasks as necessary to optimize workflow.
Address operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions in collaboration with Practice Manager/ Practice Director.
Champion growth:
Motivate teams to reach revenue targets and personal performance goals by providing clear guidance and a compelling vision.
Check metrics daily to track Practice performance.
Implement actionable plans to drive growth at the practice level to hit or exceed quarterly collections goals in collaboration with Practice Manager / Practice Director.
Crafting exceptional experiences:
Ensure that all staff members provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Transform patient feedback into refined service experiences with professionalism and grace.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients to enhance their experience.
Provide constant feedback and training to staff members on best practices.
Policy and procedure development:
Ensure the Practice is in compliance with established AMP policies, procedures, and SOPs, and remains informed of any changes.
Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and industry standards in collaboration with Practice Manager and Clinical Admin Lead.
Inventory management:
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for use.
Perform End of Month and daily inventory audits to catch and correct any variances in inventory.
Coordinate with Practice Manager/ Practice Director to replenish stock as needed while minimizing waste.
Smart scheduling:
Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize client satisfaction and staff efficiency.
Innovation & growth:
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaigns that capture the essence of our premium services.
Be responsible for the Practices marketing, covering social media, local outreach, and recall programs.
Nurturing team brilliance:
Create an environment where teams flourish and embody our commitment to excellence.
Manage and train staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
Address employee concerns with professionalism, self-regulation, and empathy.
Regulatory compliance:
Ensure that the Practice is following all state and federal regulations related to healthcare, safety, and sanitation.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance in collaboration with Clinical Admin Lead
All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
Experience managing people and/or high-level business operations.
Familiarity with financial oversight, including but not limited to budgets, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
Superior customer service and leadership skills.
Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
Experience in the medical spa, dermatology, salon, retail, or plastic surgery industry is preferred.
