Job Summary
Results-driven and detail-oriented Proposal Manager with 4-5 years of experience in writing and managing proposals for the Navy preservation industry. Proven ability to develop compelling proposals that align with client requirements, adhere to strict guidelines, and demonstrate technical and financial expertise. Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams to meet proposal deadlines and secure contracts for Navy preservation and maintenance projects. Deep understanding of government procurement processes and compliance with the Department of Defense (DoD) standards.

Required Skills/Abilities
