AMP offers a base hourly rate up to $22/Hour. AMP offers up to a $3.00/hour differential for weekday shifts on certain locations based on different factors. AMP offers a $5/Hour differential for the weekend position. Base rate is $17/HR. We have paid training and a great work environment. We are currently offering a $1'000 retention bonus paid out in 4 quarterly installments of $250 over your first year with AMP. AMP also offers yearly merit raises, bonuses, prizes and yearly awards for years of service. AMP promotes from within and has a proven track record that you can see. We interview Monday through Friday including Thursday evenings until 7P.

AMP is hiring for 2nd shift (M-F 4P-12A), at the New Kensington location. AMP has other locations in Penn Hills, Verona, Monroeville and Wilkinsburg that have other shifts available. The weekend position can also be built into a full-time position by adding another 1 or 2, additional weekday shifts. AMP is located on the Eastern side of Pittsburgh in the Penn Hills, Monroeville, and Wilkinsburg. We also have 1 location in New Kensington. AMP requires a valid driver's license. AMP offers performance reviews with merit raises yearly.
We require a valid driver's license, a minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma, the ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. AMP has a proven track record of promoting from within.
