HR Administrative Assistant – This full-time role will provide administrative support to the office staff of AMP and acting as the first point of contact for all people that come to the office and to answer and direct all calls. The Administrative Assistant will uploading financial receipts and room and board checks. Preparing copies for the homes we oversee and the staff we employee This includes filing and assisting the COO and other office staff in routine and as needed projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
● High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
● Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field a plus
● 5 years(s) experience in administrative support role (preferred)
● Administrative competency
● Proficiency in calendar maintenance
● Excellent time management
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks
● Excellent communication skills both written and orally
● Solid problem solving and organization skills
● Strong professional interpersonal skills
● Proficiency with office technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
● Experience using social media platforms
● 5 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
● Able to type minimum 35 words per minute (minimum).
● Able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
● Ability to work with a team.
● Honest and ethical team player.
● Ability to multitask under pressure.
● Strong attendance and history of punctuality.
● Ability to handle HR related issues with discretion, tact and diplomacy
