Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office management, administrative support, or a related field (experience in legal, probation, or criminal justice settings preferred).
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience handling financial records, invoices, and basic bookkeeping.
This is a new position for AMP. Part of the role will be helping to define the role. Additional duties may be added.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
