AMP offers an hourly rate of $20/HR for the Full Time office position of scheduler & Compliance Officer. This position works traditional daytime hours Monday through Friday. We have paid training and a great work environment. AMP also offers yearly merit raises, bonuses, prizes and yearly awards for years of service. AMP promotes from within and has a proven track record that you can see. We interview Monday through Friday including Thursday evenings until 7P.
AMP provides 1-on-1 residential care 24/7 to Children and Adults with Intellectual and Mental Health Challenges. We require verifiable, 2 years of scheduling in a related healthcare field and scheduling for locations that require 24-hour staffing. Prior work in Direct care and or management in Direct care is also preferred. AMP scheduler and compliance officer will schedule all locations and staff and insures there are no gaps or openings at any location for the 24-7 environment we work in. The right candidate will have experience in our field and understand the nature of 24-7 care and scheduling. The candidate must be very organized and the ability to make several phone calls in the course of every day, stay positive, be creative and team player. The right candidate must be a self starter and see the job through to the finish line every week, month and year. They will also manage their time correctly so that they can audit required paperwork following 6400 regulation guidelines.
We require a valid driver's license, a minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma, the ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. AMP has a proven track record of promoting from within.
