Responsibilities:
* Overall maintenance of a 30,000 sq ft warehouse
* Acts independently and can take charge
* Executes events
* Ensures all logistic requirements are carried out according to information provided from the sales team & CRM
* Scheduling of personnel for each event & day to day operations
* Manages complaints and queries with professionalism and integrity
* Operates efficiently with a focus on maximizing productivity, trains team for efficiency, maintains and tracks efficiency goals vs budgeting
* Consistently manages a positive and safe environment
* Assists with maintenance and cataloguing inventory both physically and digitally
* Participates in the onboarding of new employees
* Leads and acts as an installer on production teams, as needed
* Works in a flexible work week, including nights, weekends, holidays, as needed
Requirements:
* 4 year College degree
* Must be able to relocate to Richmond, VA & work 8:30am - 5:30pm, M-F w/weekends as needed
* Previous demonstrated leadership role, preferably in a warehouse environment
* Detail oriented
* Problem solver & decision maker
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
* Ability to drive a box truck
* Carpentry skills preferred
* Has superior customer service and communication skills
* Is adaptable
* Physical Requirements: must be ability to lift and work with 50-75 lbs independently
