Essential Duties and Tasks
Level I
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for in-process inspection and testing for Quality, Food Safety, and other requirements.
- Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material.
- Organize and maintain test results, production samples, retains, and records.
- Communicate routine information effectively within the ProAmpac Facility.
- Document and participate in investigation of internal quality issues (CARs).
- Maintain proficiency with quality testing equipment and ERP (Syteline).
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This role operates in both a professional office environment and in a manufacturing environment. Employee is occasionally exposed to non-toxic / nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot / humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.
Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection as required
