Essential Duties and Tasks
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes.
- Review and analyze capacity utilization
- Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities
- Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments
- Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provide
- Review and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stock
- Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO
- Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods
- Handles basic to moderate complex issues
- Perform all other duties and assignments as required by management.
- All other duties as needed.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Work Environment
Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required when in manufacturing areas.
This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic / nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot / humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
