ProAmpac is seeking a Finance / Accounting Manager who will manage an accounting staff, manage month-end close activities, prepare analysis to support and prepare journal entries, review financial statements for accuracy, develop and maintain supporting schedules and reconciliations of accounts, review and explain variances to budge and forecast, design and monitor effective internal controls while partnering with internal and external customers for alignment, collaborate with and coordinate accounting matters with other departments and team members and manage performance reviews and goal setting with a team of accounting staff.
