About the Role:

• Design and implement customized math lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff to create a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine your instructional skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor instruction to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and online navigation.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Age 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• American citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Background check clearance required.

Benefits Package:

You will receive a stipend of $14.25 per hour, amounting to $29,440 per year for a 35-hour workweek. Additionally, you will be eligible for federal benefits, including up to $5,176.50 in Education Award, federal student loan forbearance and interest repayment, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program eligibility. Depending on your commitment level, you may also qualify for health insurance premium coverage, childcare assistance, and other perks.
