What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate position at AMPAworks?
We are searching for a Part-Time or Full-Time Operations Associate who has a real passion for technology and health care who can deliver on bold product implementation and customer onboarding targets and customer success.
As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within AMPAworks will blaze the path for the organization's growth.
The Role:
- Travel to customer locations across northeast and midwest on an as needed basis
- Install, test, provision, and implement new hardware products at customers' locations
- Obtain image dataset from customers' location*s
- Label/annotation of datasets
- Post-sales customer success and support needs
- Build and execute operational workflows and write documentation
- Implement customer success and support tools
- Travel to customer sites and conferences
- Interact with other teams across AMPAworks to ensure product quality and cohesiveness
- Communicate and interface with contract manufacturers/3PL, partners, and customers
- Independent worker, can jump right into the role with minimal training or supervision
Bonus Points:
- 1-3 years experience in a customer facing role
- Electronics product installation experience
- Travel on-site being in-office (hybrid)
Salary : $24,000 - $65,000
