Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team, focusing on ceramic powder processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and engineering, with a particular emphasis on ceramic materials, powder processing techniques, and related manufacturing processes and equipment. The Senior Engineer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our ceramic powder products to meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and optimization of ceramic powder processing techniques, including synthesis, mixing, milling, and classifications.
- Design and implement experiments to improve product quality, consistency, and performance.
- Analyze and interpret data from various characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, EIS, BET, and particle size analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ceramic materials and processing technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ceramic powder processing.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- File IP protections when opportunities arise.
