Desired Skills & Experience:
- Sound knowledge of WM processes and interfacing with MM and SD processes.
- Expertise in SU and HU Management.
- Put away and Picking strategies.
- Exposure to RF and interfaces.
- Knowledge of ATTP would be an added advantage.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements/scenarios and provide Root Cause Analysis and solution.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of WM module.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
