Job Title: Ataccama Specialist

Location(s): Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience, specializing in Ataccama.
• The person who has good architecture, design and development skill using MDM/RDM.
• The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, primarily during day shifts.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language is essential.
• This role does not require travel.
• The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using Ataccama.
• Oversee the integration of Ataccama with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical expertise in Ataccama to support various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data management processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using American Sign Language.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Possess a deep understanding of Ataccama and its applications in data management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in American Sign Language, both written and spoken.
• Have a strong background in system integration and data quality assurance.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
