Job Title: Business Analyst
Location(s): Jersey City, NJ (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, coordinating, and running customer-facing workshops, capturing requirements, stakeholders’ feedback, and defining business processes.
Designing business processes and documenting requirements, processes (As-Is and To-Be), features, and business needs.
Leading improvement initiatives that contribute to the ongoing development and success of the business.
Engaging with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome as well as defining quick wins where possible.
Clearly conveying well-defined business requirements to delivery teams and effectively communicating business processes and needs to ensure successful business outcomes.
Managing requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to business objectives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including NHS standards and GDPR.
Support the implementation of healthcare software systems, conducting gap analyses and validation testing.
Skills And Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector (e.g., NHS, private healthcare providers, or related industries).
Strong experience in designing business processes.
Ability to understand healthcare business, technology, products, and market approaches.
Expertise in customer-facing workshops with the ability to act on stakeholders’ requirements and feedback.
Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds.
Great organizational skills and ability to take initiative without detailed guidance.
Experience in a highly demanding and fast-paced work environment with a quick turn-around of tasks.
Excellent Technical and IT skills including the ability to learn new Technologies and demo our Technology solutions to customers.
Working experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment.
Ability to effectively use remote collaboration tools like Slack, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Teams.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable, but not essential.
Fluency in spoken and written English
