Job Title : Cyber Security Technology Business Risk Advisor
Location(s) : Rocklin, CA (Hybrid)
Develop People Capabilities :
Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing client roles.
Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps.
Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with work roles.
Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level.
Develop a People Capability Catalog Interface :
- Lead developers in building an individual dashboard for managing NICE Framework KSTs.
- Lead developers in building a leadership dashboard for managing people capabilities and mentoring coworkers.
Integrate with Existing Human Capital Management :
