This position will be around 60 hours of work in total. This position can be 100% remote.)
The Database Specialist contractor will support the AgeTech Collaborative by evaluating, optimizing, and rebuilding the existing database infrastructure to meet the team s evolving needs. The team aims to enhance its current project management platform, Monday.com, for more effective use as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation/audit of our existing database within Monday.com.
- Design and implement a CRM structure tailored to our business goals and customer management needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and understand key CRM functionalities.
- Optimize data flow, workflows, and automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Migrate and transfer all existing data from the current system into the new CRM while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Train relevant staff on the new CRM setup, ensuring ease of use and adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in database evaluation, design, and implementation experience, preferably with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Monday.com is required.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and automation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
