Job Title: RF Engineer Net Systems Performance

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and deployment of projects on top of or including Private Wireless Networks (PWN), to include:
- RF modeling and analysis of project sites.
- Capacity analysis and PWN system selection.
- Network architecture for PWN deployments, attached network appliances, and client devices.
- Work across disciplines to identify new technologies and uses of technology around PWN and other RF networks.
- Engage with stakeholders (local market teams, PWN governance, etc) to identify improvements in PWN deployment process and timelines.
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
- Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
- Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
- Experience with Model Tuning.
- Knowledge of SQL, python, or similar scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation
Desired Skills:
- Experience with client and Nokia RAN.
- Devops and/or software engineering background.
- Fabrication background - sheet metal, milling, 3d printing, etc.
- Experience with FUZE RF project planning tool.
- Technical documentation authorship experience.
- Project management experience.
Experience and Education
- B.S. in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications or related field or 8 years of cellular/ telecommunications experience.
